Creating spaces to move, listen, and belong
About Me
My work explores the opportunities dance offers us to connect more deeply to ourselves, others, and the world around us.
I am a dance artist, facilitator, and director working with embodied and somatic practices to create spaces for connection, care, and creativity. My work centres on our shared humanity and the ways dance can support wellbeing, belonging, and social change.
Through dance, I invite people to slow down, listen, and move together — finding ways to gather that support wellbeing, belonging, and compassion.
I am the founding Artistic Director/CEO of Curious Motion and I work as a freelance dance artist.
Work
I bring people together through performance-making, creative workshops, and conversation. My work is grounded in access and compassion, with a focus on supporting under-represented communities and contributing to social change.
I create projects shaped around the needs, rhythms, and aspirations of those involved, with an emphasis on cultivating belonging, trust, and connection.
I have worked professionally in dance for over 20 years, leading projects across a wide range of contexts. You’ll find my work in hospitals and hospices, community halls and schools, refugee settings and universities, outdoor landscapes and professional dance spaces — wherever movement can offer connection.
